Opened 7:25 pm.  J. Stewart and T. Grim have been to the site.  T. Grim said it’s appx. 50-75’ from Argilla Brook.  There’s a lot of debris from old barn that collapsed and was left to rot.  Broken glass metal, etc., is just sitting in the vegetative area.  The Johnson’s want to remove the debris.  ConCom wants them to do that with constraints; no machinery and no erosion into the brook.  Mr. Johnson wants to use a Bobcat with a chain to remove the debris.   M. Dempsey told them to file a Groveland RDA.  They are scheduled for a hearing on September 21, 2005 at 9:00 pm.  Closed 7:42 pm.
