Conservation Commission Minutes 12/10/2008

Present: M. Dempsey, S. Benanti, T. Schaefer, C. Keene
1. 7:20 pm opened meeting.
2. Signed several documents: 29 Cannon Hill OOC; 23 Stonebridge Ext.; OOC Shanahan Field; Building Permit 10 Pheasant Lane; Occupancy Permit 29 Cannon Hill Rd.; Warrant Article.
3. C. Keene made a motion to accept the minutes from November 12, 2008 meeting as submitted. S. Benanti 2nd. Unanimous vote.
4. M. Dempsey made a motion to accept the Beaver Data Modification Permit Form. T. Schaefer 2nd. Unanimous vote.
5. M. Dempsey made a motion to approve issuance of six (6) Beaver Permits. T. Schaefer 2nd. Unanimous vote.
6. Next ConCom meeting will be held January 14, 2009.
7. M. Dempsey made a motion to close sign-offs for the next four (4) weeks: December 15th, 22nd, 29th, 2008 and January 5, 2009. T. Schaefer 2nd. Unanimous vote.
8. Open Space
a. We need to raise $10,000 towards purchase of Kelly Property. Bob Guptill will work with Jan D.
b. Explained Webster Property Strategy. The Open Space Plan needs to be completed as submitted.
c. Carl will check with MVPC about maps similar to what West Newbury has.
9. Closed meeting at 8:48 pm.
