Acceptance Deed for the Agnes Kelly Property
ConCom Hearing:
301 Main St. – Getty Station – DEP#030-0393.
Present: M. Dempsey, S. Benanti, T.Grim, C. Keene
M. Dempsey made a motion to close the hearing on 301 Main St. and issue the permit and the Order of Conditions. T. Grim 2nd. All in favor. Unanimous.
ConCom Business: Signatures –

83 King St. – OOC Amendment -
The owners requested an amendment to their Order of Conditions, specifically, an erosion control change request. Commissioners discussed the proposed request. T. Grim made a motion to allow the bio fence as a replacement for the haybales and silt fence. Commissioners requested a brief report mid November on how it worked out. C. Keene 2nd. All in favor. Unanimous.
Conservation Business - 13 Wood St. – COC Request
Commissioners discussed this site. Scheduled for the September 16th agenda.
ConCom Business: 66 Main St. – Work (driveway paving) listed as part of the Order of Conditions, wasn’t completed for this address by the previous owner. However the current owner, Scott Bonarigio, needs a Certificate of Compliance in order to sell his home. Commissioners discussed requesting the current owner file for an Amendment to the OOC and to also file for a COC. M. Dempsey will contact him and request he submit his paperwork in time for the September 16th meeting.
ConCom Business: Federal Way – Georgetown and Parker River Clean Water Association have contacted M. Dempsey regarding a turtle replication site to build a property on Federal Way. ConCom has not received a filing from the owner to date.
