II. Agenda – Motion made by Bill Darke and seconded by Sandy Venner to accept the agenda. Vote Unanimous

Minutes from November 23rd will be voted on at next meeting
V. Old Business
a. Motion: To increase the previous year assessment up to 2.5% over last years total assessment and this portion of the assessment is subject to 2 out of 3. Anything above that requires 3 out 3 votes. Vote Mary H, Bonnie, Sandy, Bill, and Maureen. Opposed, Glen and abstain Mary Jacoby
b. Motion: Implementation of reducing SC members from 12 to having everyone resign and people run for a 1 yr, 2 yr and 3 yr seat. Motion made by Bill Darke and seconded by Sandy Venner. Vote: Unanimous
VI. New Business – below items will be added to the next agenda
a. Review Calendar
Next meeting 12/14 and 12/21
b. Discuss how to communicate progress made by the task force. Newspaper articles, etc.
Open Items
1. Action item – Bonnie write the language for Assessment method change.
2. Financial Advisory Board for managing School Finances.
3. Ask Jeff Wulfson about going down to 9 members and having equal vote based on our present population, without district wide elections.
