Approved minutes for November 30th and December 7th as amended made by Mary and seconded by Bill Darke vote unanimous
V. Old Business
Motion: made by Sandy Venner to rescind motion made to change assessment method to using Chapter 70.
Motion is to change the assessment method to calculating Chapter 70 by town and using 5-year average fy02 – f06 percentage by town chapter 70. The percentages are Groveland, 35.4%, Merrimac 40.2% and West Newbury 24.4%. Made by Maureen Moran and seconded by Sandy Venner. Vote unanimous
VI. New Business – below items will be added to the next agenda
Maureen – email pages for maintenance per school – just grammar schools.
Open Items
1. Action item – Bonnie write the language for Assessment method change.
2. Financial Advisory Board for managing School Finances.
3. Ask Jeff Wulfson about going down to 9 members and having equal vote based on our present population, without district wide elections.
