Meeting called to order at 4:00 P.M. at Town Hall.
Present: Barbara A. Sheehan and Chairman Elizabeth Gorski.
Absent: William H. Darke
Public Hearing-T & B Clifford Liquor License
Chairman Gorski opened the public hearing at 4:05 P.M. Present were applicant Terry Clifford, his son Brandon Clifford and Attorney Elizabeth Rose. Ms. Rose told the Board that her client is seeking an All Alcoholic License for his establishment, and request the following hours for serving: 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. on Friday and Saturday; that last call will be a half hour before closing time.
Chairman Gorski asked if the bartenders have completed TIP Courses and Clifford responded that he intended to have 4 to 6 people working at the Pub, 4 of which have taken the course and are certified. Gorski asked Clifford to provide the Board’s Assistant with a copy of all certificates so that they may be kept on file. Attorney Rose stated she would see that we receive the requested copies.
All abutters had been notified and none were present for the hearing. There being no concerns presented to the Board at this time, Sheehan moved, Gorski seconded and it was
VOTED: To grant an All Alcoholic Beverage License to Terry Clifford,
T & B Clifford, d/b/a Pub 97, Brandon Clifford, Manager, 935
Salem Street, Groveland, MA. Hours granted: Sunday – Thursday
11:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. Midnight, Friday and Saturday – 11:00 A.M.
to 1:00 A.M., said license effective following receipt of ABCC’s approval.
License holder to provide copies of TIP certification of all bartenders.
Acceptance of Minutes

VOTED: To approve bi-weekly Warrants #06-26 - #06-27A.
Class II Used Car Dealer’s License Renewal
Moved Sheehan, seconded Gorski, and it was unanimously
VOTED: To renew Class II Used Car Dealer’s License for
T and E Auto Sales, 929 Salem Street, Groveland
with a maximum of ten (10) “for sale” cars on lot.
